注文を受けてから製作を開始します。商品発送まで約4週間〜6週間ほどかかります。

受注生産品につき、基本的に返品には応じかねます。商品に欠陥があった場合は、到着より14日以内に限り交換が可能です。送料については、商品に欠陥がある場合には当方負担、お客様のご都合による返品・交換の場合にはお客様負担となります。

This product is made-to-order and cannot be cancelled or returned after ordering. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged only within 14 days from the date of arrival. Shipping costs will be borne by us if the product is defective, and by the customer if the return or exchange is for the customer's own reason.
